What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic pharmaceutical and biotech accounts.
• Partner with internal SMEs to design solutions that align with client goals and business priorities.
• Oversee seamless project execution across cross-functional teams ensuring strict SLA adherence.
• Lead client meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and drive regular business reviews.
• Identify and execute upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities to drive account growth.
• Coordinate between sales, operations, analytics, and compliance teams for successful execution.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience as an account or engagement manager, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Proven experience managing digital omnichannel engagement projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and web development processes.
• Experience managing enterprise-level strategic healthcare accounts.
• Ability to work effectively within an onshore/offshore delivery model.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Foster City, California for hybrid work.
