What you will do

  • Own client relationships and contract governance, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Chair regular operational and business reviews, presenting performance data and risk records.
  • Manage client escalations and coordinate internal responses to ensure timely resolution.
  • Track referral volumes and interpret performance dashboards to proactively flag capacity issues.
  • Lead structured, time-bound improvement sprints when contract KPIs are at risk.
  • Prepare performance evidence for contract renewals and identify potential growth and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in contract, account, or service management, ideally within digital health, healthcare, or the public sector.
  • Proven track record of owning contract outcomes end-to-end.
  • Ability to act as the single point of accountability for contract performance across multiple functions.
  • Proficiency in working with performance data and interpreting dashboards to present insights.
  • Strong communication skills for chairing client meetings and managing commissioners.
  • Must be based in the UK
