Salary: 31,000–40,000 PLN gross per month (for candidates based in Poland)

What you will do
- Own the mobile product vision, strategy, roadmap, and launches, translating business goals into actionable plans.
- Define the product direction for design systems, frontend frameworks, and shared navigation patterns.
- Drive alignment between mobile experiences and shared product foundations for platform consistency.
- Establish governance standards for shared infrastructure to maintain speed and quality.
- Build strong business cases for foundational investments by identifying long-term value and trade-offs.
- Partner with engineering leaders on architecture, scalability, and technical priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
- 2+ years of experience operating at Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope.
- Proven experience owning and launching mobile products with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing platform products, shared systems, design systems, or infrastructure.
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on system design and trade-offs.
- Must be based in France.
