What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with global athletes and talent, ensuring an exceptional partnership experience.
• Coordinate onboarding, product fulfillment, and ongoing account management for talent partners.
• Execute marketing campaigns and partnership activations aligned with key sporting and cultural moments.
• Develop athlete-led content and storytelling in collaboration with Creative, Social, PR, and Brand teams.
• Coordinate logistics and on-site management for athlete appearances, shoots, and experiential events.
• Track contractual deliverables and maintain partnership reporting and internal documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland.
• 3-5 years of experience in sports marketing, talent partnerships, or brand marketing for a consumer-facing brand.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with athletes, talent, and agencies.
• Strong understanding of the global sports and cultural landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to leveraging AI tools to maintain high standards of work output.
