What you will do

• Develop and execute the EMEA marketing strategy aligned with regional revenue goals and company objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional marketers across demand generation and field marketing.
• Partner with Sales and Demand Gen leadership to drive pipeline, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
• Strengthen brand awareness and market leadership through integrated campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Own regional planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize marketing ROI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Customer Success on GTM and retention programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant background in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing marketing teams.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to meet hybrid office requirements.
• Proven success in developing international marketing strategies and driving measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and making investment decisions.
• Knowledge of the Spanish legal market and the broader EMEA legal technology landscape.
