What you will do

• Own broader community strategy, shaping connected models across digital platforms and in-person activations.
• Lead evolution of developer community approaches, partnering with product and marketing stakeholders.
• Oversee Communities Hub operations, content, and engagement moments like onboarding and discussion prompts.
• Connect programs such as user groups, events, and meetups into cohesive experiences.
• Lead small team as player-coach, align cross-functionally, and drive insights from community feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years in community, community marketing, digital engagement, or platform strategy
• Open-source community experience and/or platforms
• Proven building, scaling, or evolving digital communities
• Strong strategic thinking connecting big-picture to execution
• Experience leading community operations, programs, and stakeholder alignment
• Willingness to travel as needed

Nice to have

• Experience leading small teams in matrixed environments
• Curiosity and experience with AI in workflows
• ClickUp experience
