Events Lead - EMEA (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end logistics and delivery for field events and brand activations across EMEA.
• Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and venue relationships across multiple markets.
• Support trade show presence, including booth builds and sponsorship fulfillment.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and leadership to align on goals and messaging.
• Proactively identify and solve gaps in branding and attendee experience.

Requirements

• Proven track record running events across multiple European markets.
• Experience owning both owned events and third-party sponsorships end-to-end.
• Ability to work in lean, fast-moving environments where you set your own pace.
• Strong vendor and agency management skills across different geographies.
• Available to work on a contract basis.
• Must be located in EMEA and able to operate in CET/GMT timezones.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, developer tooling, or enterprise tech audiences.
• Experience with Splash and the guest registration process.
• Background in events agencies with brand-side account experience.
