What you will do

• Develop and implement a global social media strategy and operating model, including team structure and governance.
• Drive executive thought leadership programs to elevate C-suite presence on LinkedIn and emerging channels.
• Lead global corporate social strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Build digital influence programs activating employees, customers, and industry experts.
• Oversee the creation of social-first content, including short-form video, customer stories, and product launches.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows for content ideation, production, optimization, and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing leadership within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Proven track record of building or significantly transforming a social media function.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn and executive thought leadership programs.
• Experience leading teams and managing agency partners.
• Strong analytical skills for performance measurement, KPI tracking, and attribution frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and social media tools.
