What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client requirements, benefit changes, and eligibility updates.
• Coordinate the implementation of new plans, pricing, and networks.
• Lead pre- and post-implementation QA and testing to ensure coding accuracy.
• Conduct claim reviews to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle and resolve sponsor and member issues, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support general client operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in PBM, health plans, benefits consulting, or healthcare.
• Proven track record of building trusting internal and external relationships.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a bonus.
• Must be based in or able to work from Denver, NYC, or Charlotte (Hybrid).
