What you will do

  • Manage all aspects of strategic client relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive sustained growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships across the C-Suite, specifically in Clinical, Marketing, and Digital spaces.
  • Oversee client renewals, billing, revenue forecasting, and annual contract updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define client requirements and identify industry trends for product development.
  • Document all account activities and strategic plans using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 6+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare IT sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, focusing on upsells and new business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive-level interaction.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office products.

  • Experience in the digital patient engagement space.
