Salary: $108,000 - $148,500

What you will do

• Grow revenue at existing biopharma partners by building relationships, pitching solutions, and negotiating commercial terms.
• Support the development of new business proposals to drive Flatiron revenues across the evidence business.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on biopharma partner portfolios and Flatiron’s research offerings.
• Facilitate data and analytical onboarding sessions and support onsite client meetings to identify RWE value-added opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer across internal functional groups to influence go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of client-facing experience delivering products, services, or analyses to biopharma companies.
• B.A. or B.S. in biological sciences, economics, engineering, biostatistics, or a similar discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, including lead generation, pitching, and contract negotiation.
• Exposure to project work specifically in oncology.
• Deep understanding of biopharma industry dynamics, drug development cycles, and organizational structures.
