TL;DR

Account Executive (Healthcare & Life Sciences): Driving sales of the Whole Product Experience (WPE) and expanding hirify.global's footprint within the HCLS sector with an accent on strategic account planning and pipeline growth. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, developing executive relationships, and architecting Apple-based solutions for healthcare and biotech clients.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in the Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI, or Austin, TX metro areas.

Salary: $58,100 - $133,200 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase hirify.global's footprint in existing HCLS accounts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, presenting value to various organizational levels.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and build a qualified pipeline through direct engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to architect solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with Channel Partners and Apple.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue achievement while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be currently based in the Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI, or Austin, TX metro areas.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role.
  • HS Diploma or GED (Required).
  • Experience in software sales (Preferred).
  • Experience in health-tech, med-tech, or biotech sales (Preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to carry a quota and consistently meet or exceed targets.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familiarity with the Apple Ecosystem or SaaS sales.
