Full Cycle Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth across the US market by building a pipeline and managing deals from first conversation to close with an accent on outbound prospecting and strategic market expansion. Location: Must be based in Rosslyn, Arlington, Virginia (office 4 days a week)
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 base, OTE $80,000–$90,000

What you will do
- Generate net-new pipeline through proactive outbound outreach via phone and email.
- Execute the full-cycle sales process independently, from initial prospecting through closing.
- Manage and grow a dedicated book of business in the US market.
- Contribute to strategic decisions regarding pricing, positioning, and launch planning.
- Help develop repeatable and scalable GTM playbooks for US expansion.
- Collaborate with the US Commercial team to refine commercial channels.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the Rosslyn, Arlington, Virginia office.
- Proven track record of discipline, ownership, and execution in high-accountability environments.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on overall business growth.
- Ability to communicate persuasively and build trust quickly with prospects.
- Experience in SaaS go-to-market or the early childhood education sector.
- Willingness to start with unglamorous outbound prospecting and shadowing.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a full-cycle sales role (prospecting to close).
- Direct personal connection to or professional experience in early childhood education.
