TL;DR

Full Cycle Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new business growth across the US market by building a pipeline and managing deals from first conversation to close with an accent on outbound prospecting and strategic market expansion. Focus on generating net-new pipeline, executing a full-cycle sales process, and developing scalable GTM playbooks for the US region.

Location: Must be based in Rosslyn, Arlington, Virginia (office 4 days a week)

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 base, OTE $80,000–$90,000

What you will do

  • Generate net-new pipeline through proactive outbound outreach via phone and email.
  • Execute the full-cycle sales process independently, from initial prospecting through closing.
  • Manage and grow a dedicated book of business in the US market.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions regarding pricing, positioning, and launch planning.
  • Help develop repeatable and scalable GTM playbooks for US expansion.
  • Collaborate with the US Commercial team to refine commercial channels.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the Rosslyn, Arlington, Virginia office.
  • Proven track record of discipline, ownership, and execution in high-accountability environments.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on overall business growth.
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and build trust quickly with prospects.
  • Experience in SaaS go-to-market or the early childhood education sector.
  • Willingness to start with unglamorous outbound prospecting and shadowing.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a full-cycle sales role (prospecting to close).
  • Direct personal connection to or professional experience in early childhood education.
