What you will do
- Drive customer engagement, adoption, expansion, and renewal of products.
- Onboard and enable customers on product functionalities and capabilities.
- Consult clients on the appropriate use of data and products to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
- Build narratives and presentations that showcase success and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide strategic guidance.
- Present success metrics and optimization areas to marketing and sales executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in customer success or support, preferably in SaaS or Sales/Marketing.
- Knowledge of B2B digital marketing, ad tech, lead generation, and content marketing.
- Strong communication, writing, and client-ready presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple product and client engagements with high attention to detail.
