Salary: $64,000 - $71,800

What you will do

• Drive customer engagement, adoption, expansion, and renewal of hirify.global products.
• Onboard and enable customers on product functionalities and capabilities.
• Consult clients on the appropriate use of data and products to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
• Build narratives and presentations that showcase success and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide strategic guidance.
• Present success metrics and optimization areas to marketing and sales executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in customer success or support, preferably in SaaS or Sales/Marketing.
• Knowledge of B2B digital marketing, ad tech, lead generation, and content marketing.
• Strong communication, writing, and client-ready presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple product and client engagements with high attention to detail.
