Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska. This role requires 3 days in the office each week.
Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) $48,000–$65,000 USD.

What you will do
- Lead high-impact onboarding for new accounts to ensure immediate value realization.
- Drive deep product adoption and integration into daily workflows across your territory.
- Conduct strategic reviews and roadmap sessions with coaches and directors to secure renewals.
- Identify and bridge gaps in customer programs using the broader suite.
- Monitor engagement metrics and health scores to proactively mitigate churn and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Must live within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Strong commercial and data acumen with the ability to interpret engagement metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical value to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing workflows within platforms like Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks, from onboarding to program reviews.

- Experience in the sports industry as a coach, athlete, or administrator.
- Prior experience with the product suite.
