TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of youth, club, and high school athletic accounts to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion with an accent on strategic partnership and data-driven health monitoring. Focus on executing high-impact onboarding, identifying growth opportunities within the hirify.global ecosystem, and ensuring long-term customer success through proactive engagement.

Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska. This role requires 3 days in the office each week.

Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) $48,000–$65,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact onboarding for new accounts to ensure immediate value realization.
  • Drive deep product adoption and integration into daily workflows across your territory.
  • Conduct strategic reviews and roadmap sessions with coaches and directors to secure renewals.
  • Identify and bridge gaps in customer programs using the broader hirify.global suite.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and health scores to proactively mitigate churn and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must live within commuting distance of Lincoln, Nebraska.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong commercial and data acumen with the ability to interpret engagement metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical value to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing workflows within platforms like Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks, from onboarding to program reviews.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the sports industry as a coach, athlete, or administrator.
  • Prior experience with the hirify.global product suite.
  • Innovative mindset focused on process refinement and scaling.
