TL;DR

Customer Success Manager II (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of approximately 80 government accounts to ensure platform adoption and long-term retention with an accent on commercial ownership and risk mitigation. Focus on driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as the primary advocate for the customer within the product roadmap.

Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio of ~80 customers, moving from reactive support to proactive partnership.
  • Identify at-risk accounts using data-driven insights and execute stabilization plans to secure renewals.
  • Own the full renewal cycle and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Conduct regular executive business reviews to align technology solutions with customer legislative and budgetary goals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to internal playbooks for churn prevention and onboarding efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work in Dallas, TX
  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to manage a large book of business (50+ accounts) while maintaining high performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating renewals and contract negotiations.
  • Analytical ability to translate usage data and health scores into actionable outreach strategies.
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills in high-pressure customer environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with or selling to local or state government entities (GovTech).
