Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Richardson, TX (Hybrid: Mon/Wed/Thu in-office)
Salary: $87,000 - $97,000

What you will do
- Own logo and revenue retention for a book of high-tier accounts, cultivating referenceable clients.
- Develop and execute client-specific success roadmaps to drive measurable outcomes.
- Serve as the payments processing lead, growing adoption and supporting clients with payment hardware and services.
- Act as the front line for at-risk clients, managing non-renewal workflows and working to save relationships.
- Interface with internal teams including Sales, Support, Marketing, and Product to advocate for client needs.
- Conduct win/loss research and provide actionable recommendations to the business.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule based out of our Richardson, TX office.
- Proven track record in B2B environments, preferably with small-to-medium-sized businesses.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead through influence.
- Experience with CRM software and operational systems.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with retail operations software such as Point of Sale, eCommerce, or Inventory Control.
