TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing high-tier accounts and driving payments adoption for a retail software platform with an accent on retention, strategic planning, and client advocacy. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Richardson, TX (Hybrid: Mon/Wed/Thu in-office)

What you will do

  • Own logo and revenue retention for a book of high-tier accounts, cultivating referenceable clients.
  • Develop and execute client-specific success roadmaps to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as the payments processing lead, growing adoption and supporting clients with payment hardware and services.
  • Act as the front line for at-risk clients, managing non-renewal workflows and working to save relationships.
  • Interface with internal teams including Sales, Support, Marketing, and Product to advocate for client needs.
  • Conduct win/loss research and provide actionable recommendations to the business.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule based out of our Richardson, TX office.
  • Proven track record in B2B environments, preferably with small-to-medium-sized businesses.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead through influence.
  • Experience with CRM software and operational systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with retail operations software such as Point of Sale, eCommerce, or Inventory Control.
