What you will do

• Provide technical and operational leadership for hirify.global-led components of the EU4Mindanao project.
• Ensure effective planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of field activities.
• Manage day-to-day project operations to achieve objectives and outcomes within approved budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with government counterparts, development partners, and civil society organizations.
• Ensure alignment with hirify.global technical standards, environmental and social safeguards, and donor requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Public Administration, or related fields.
• Must be based in Davao City, Philippines.
• Proven ability to work effectively with government counterparts and local communities.
• Experience facilitating coordination platforms and cross-sector partnerships.
• Strong results focus and leadership capabilities.
