What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee flooring projects from initiation to completion.
• Assist and follow up with estimators and installers to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to maintain quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, estimators, and installers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting project timelines or quality, and support safety/industry compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in the flooring industry, specifically tile installation projects.
• Minimum 2–3 years of project coordination or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate clients, estimators, and installers.
