What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of service requests requiring site visits, from intake through scheduling.
• Triage incoming cases from Technical Support and define detailed scopes of work for technicians and partners.
• Select and manage service resources based on scope, location, cost, and performance.
• Manage service queues and maintain high data accuracy within Salesforce.
• Coordinate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, delays, and next steps.
• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring service failures to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based remotely in the Philippines.
• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, operations, or customer support in high-volume environments.
• Experience working with CRM or service management platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple simultaneous requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Nice to have

• BS/BA degree.
• Experience in residential solar, construction, or field service operations.
• Familiarity with contractor-based service models.
• Spanish language proficiency.
