What you will do
- Translate demand forecasts into staffing plans and shift rosters for a 200+ person team.
- Monitor real-time queues and make live decisions on breaks and reallocation to protect SLAs.
- Track and report core workforce KPIs, including Service Level, Occupancy, Utilization, and Attrition.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide leadership with visibility into shift and project performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for workforce matters, liaising with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Identify root causes behind KPI shifts and drive corrective action plans.
Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or Shift Management within a BPO/contact center.
- Proven experience managing forecasting and scheduling for 150+ employees.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cavite on a night shift.
- Experience influencing Team Leaders and Supervisors without formal management authority.
Nice to have
- Experience with outsourced or managed services projects.
- Background in start-up or ramp-up project environments, including new project mobilization.
- Experience working directly with international or offshore clients.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
