What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end operational execution and continuous improvement of the global DCD program.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across content, digital, field, and performance marketing to ensure quality and timeliness of outputs.
  • Support the deployment and operationalization of global demand campaigns, translating strategic frameworks into actionable tactics.
  • Develop and maintain structured tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Drive alignment and accountability across global and regional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Own and evolve the internal communication framework and centralized asset repository for the Field & Integrated Marketing COE.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or program management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing programs with global or regional scope.
  • Experience within a B2B or technology environment.
  • Strong project management capabilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the specified job locations; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to lead generation, content programs, or media partnerships (e.g., DCD-type programs).
