Product Manager Expert – UK (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Shape strategy and execute business and financial results for Treasury Management product portfolios.
• Create and document technology, operations, and data analytics capabilities that support differentiated customer experiences.
• Identify and prioritize product and experience development solutions for business segments and product groups.
• Provide thought leadership on product strategy, industry trends, innovation, and emerging technologies.
• Build partnerships across businesses and functions, present recommendations to executive leadership, and secure alignment.
• Develop, train, and mentor product management team members and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Expertise in product management, product development strategy, solutions development, and business acumen.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and design thinking skills.
• Ability to manage business risks in accordance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom; relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available.
