What you will do

• Define and deliver the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for the EMEA Asset Servicing product suite.
• Lead and develop a regional product team delivering scalable, client-focused solutions.
• Partner with business units, Sales, and Marketing on commercial strategy, market opportunities, and go-to-market plans.
• Drive product development based on client needs, industry developments, and regulatory considerations.
• Represent the organisation in client engagements, industry forums, and business development activities.
• Work across business, technology, and operations on cloud initiatives and transformation programmes that improve product scalability.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience in financial services or a related industry.
• Experience leading or contributing to product strategy and delivery in complex organisations.
• Understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience collaborating across business, technology, and operations.
• Strong data analysis, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application and throughout employment.
