Senior Product Manager (Cross-Border Payments)

Location: London, United Kingdom. At least 3 days per week in the office are required.

What you will do

• Help define cross-border growth strategy, opportunity priorities, and client value propositions.
• Conduct market sizing, financial assessments, qualitative research, and competitive analysis across cross-border payments, FX, merchant acceptance, settlement, and emerging payment experiences.
• Translate strategic priorities into product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, concept documents, and delivery plans.
• Partner with technology and subject matter experts to resolve complex technical and operational challenges and develop scalable implementation paths.
• Coordinate product, technology, design, legal and regulatory, regional, and implementation teams through delivery, launch readiness, and market enablement.
• Track adoption, product performance, client feedback, and delivery outcomes to guide future roadmap and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or PhD.
• Experience working in the payments industry.
• Experience in cross-border payments, foreign exchange, merchant acceptance, or related product strategy is preferred.
• Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, including successful launches and development of BRDs and other product documentation.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, business judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile and lean methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Global or multinational business experience.
• Openness to using AI tools and large language models to accelerate research and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling multiple workstreams and large datasets.
