What you will do
- Own end-to-end business and financial results for complex, multi-faceted products.
- Lead product selection, design, development, rollout, pricing, and promotion across relevant channels.
- Monitor market, technology, and customer trends to identify opportunities and develop product enhancements.
- Build business cases and product plans while coordinating key contributors across the organization.
- Partner with sales, marketing, digital delivery, internal service teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
- Support risk management, compliance, and audit activities while improving product and customer experience results.
Requirements
- University or college degree; a bachelor's degree is listed as the standard education requirement.
- Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in product management, product development, customer solutions, marketing, or sales.
- Strong business acumen, decision-making, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, design thinking, innovation, and product-line management.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom; no relocation or sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.
