Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Cardiff, UK (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Define and evangelize the product strategy for a significant market vertical such as Car, Home, or Travel insurance.
• Lead end-to-end multi-channel journey development across web, mobile, and CRM platforms.
• Conduct product discovery and implement experimentation pipelines to validate hypotheses.
• Identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI for personalized customer experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver integrated product outcomes.
• Manage external partner relationships and influence senior stakeholders to unblock delivery.

Requirements

• Strong background in product management with proven experience leading discovery processes.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational challenges and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles for digital products.
• Commercially astute with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Resilience and adaptability in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to work from the Cardiff office 2 days per week.
