Executive Sourcer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA; Chicago, IL; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay: $128,000–$150,000 USD annually in Zone 1; $112,000–$132,000 USD annually in Zone 2; $99,000–$117,000 USD annually in Zone 3. Additional bonus, equity, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines through market mapping, research, and targeted outreach.
• Identify and engage passive executive talent using sourcing strategies, competitive intelligence, and relationship-building.
• Partner with executive recruiters and leadership stakeholders to define leadership profiles and succession priorities.
• Manage candidate activity and workflows in Greenhouse, Gem, and executive research platforms.
• Analyze sourcing data, outreach effectiveness, and talent market trends to improve engagement strategies and pipeline quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in executive search, talent advising, and managing the search process.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research, outreach, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to translate business priorities into targeted sourcing and research strategies with recruiters and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organization skills for managing multiple executive searches and maintaining accurate pipeline tracking.
• Comfort using AI tools for sourcing, research, and outreach.
