TL;DR

Executive Sourcer (Fintech): Identifying and engaging top-tier executive talent across various business functions with an accent on market research and strategic relationship building. Focus on developing executive pipelines, delivering talent insights, and driving long-term succession planning.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in Bellevue, WA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY) with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $99,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines via market mapping and targeted outreach across all functions.
  • Identify and engage passive executive talent using competitive intelligence and relationship-building approaches.
  • Partner with executive recruiters and leadership to align on leadership profiles and succession priorities.
  • Manage candidate activity and workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and executive research platforms.
  • Analyze sourcing data and market trends to refine engagement strategies and improve pipeline quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in executive search and managing the search process.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates from top industry players.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the specified US office locations.
