Senior Data Engineer (GCP)

What you will do

• Design, develop, optimize, and support production-grade data pipelines on a modern GCP-based data platform.
• Build scalable and reliable data products as independent deployment units.
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
• Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, cloud environments, and Terraform-based deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define data product capabilities.
• Support data sharing and integration across multiple domains in a data mesh-oriented environment while reducing technical debt.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Data Engineer in complex data environments.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines.
• Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD practices and tooling.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience designing solutions focused on reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Advanced English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
