Data Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid position based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden, with office attendance a couple of days each week

What you will do

• Build and maintain the core analytics data platform and data products.
• Build and orchestrate high-quality data pipelines for Saga, business reporting, and machine learning models.
• Work with internal and external data consumers to understand dataset and data-access needs.
• Connect business objectives with operational and analytical data models.
• Terraform infrastructure for the data orchestration platform in GCP.
• Collaborate with technical colleagues and business users to improve data accessibility and usability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with real-world datasets.
• Experience with modern cloud-native data engineering tools, including SQL, BigQuery, dbt, Dagster, and Google Pub/Sub.
• Experience with a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Knowledge of data engineering best practices and ability to guide colleagues in their adoption.
• Service-minded approach and comfort communicating with business users.
• Willingness to work from the Stockholm or Gothenburg office a couple of days each week.
