Data Platform Engineer (Python/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Build and operate secure data pipelines across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Own infrastructure, databases, and visualization tools including ClickHouse, Superset, and Kubernetes.
• Develop clean, tested, and maintainable Python software on Linux.
• Work with Git, CI/CD, automated tests, and linters while deploying to staging and production.
• Strengthen on-premises architecture as data volumes and reliability requirements grow.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer, Electrical, or Physics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in software and data engineering with strong Python, Linux, and Git skills.
• Interest in Kubernetes and databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Curiosity, ownership, collaboration, and an interest in understanding systems end to end.

Nice to have

• Experience with data extraction, ingestion, processing, or orchestration tools such as Dagster.
• Experience with Apache Superset, DataHub, BI, visualization, or data exploration tools.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists and analysts, contributing to open-source communities, or applying DevOps practices.
• Swedish communication and presentation skills.
