What you will do

• Ensure results-based implementation of field activities in assigned areas, aligning delivery with project logframes and work plans.
• Provide technical, operational, and coordination support to ensure timely implementation of project activities.
• Contribute to the achievement of planned outputs and outcomes for the EU4Mindanao Action.
• Coordinate field interventions to increase the resiliency of local communities, including IPs, IDPs, and PWDs.
• Engage with local partners and stakeholders to deliver core services and technical assistance.

Requirements

• University degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Community Development/Organizing, or Rural Development.
• Must be based in or able to work in Davao City, Philippines.
• Experience in programme implementation and field coordination.
• Strong knowledge of results-based management (RBM).
• Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and capacity development.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement within rural or disadvantaged areas.
