What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 10 Product Owners, setting clear standards and objectives.
- Partner with Product Managers and delivery leaders to align POs with the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Ensure consistent translation of priorities into backlogs and sprint goals across multiple squads.
- Act as a senior point of contact for Product Ownership, managing relationships with business, technology, and external partners.
- Drive the adoption of AI across the team to ensure alignment with business outcomes.
- Promote collaboration between Product Owners and Scrum Masters to improve delivery discipline.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Ownership or product delivery within fast-paced, complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing other Product Owners across multiple products.
- Strong ability to prioritize ruthlessly using data, insights, and user feedback.
- Deep understanding of Agile/iterative delivery methods, including backlog management and user story development.
- Proficiency in using delivery management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Experience in the insurance industry or Lloyd’s Market.
- Certification as an Agile Product Owner or equivalent.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms.
