TL;DR
Technical Product Owner (Customer Contact): Modernizing and evolving technology platforms for customer contact capabilities across voice and digital channels with an accent on technical analysis and backlog prioritization. What you will do
- Break down complex problems and lead technical analysis to create development-ready user stories.
- Write detailed technical features with testable acceptance criteria and measurable benefits.
- Maintain and prioritize a data-driven backlog through refinements, planning, and retrospectives.
- Interpret technical documentation and architecture diagrams to guide product decisions.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies using Scrum and 's Scaled Agile Framework.
- Identify and implement improvements for system performance, reliability, and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an agile software engineering environment.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and translate complex problems into articulated backlog items.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading agile ceremonies and promoting effective ways of working.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Postman, and SQL.
- Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK.
