What you will do

• Perform technical analysis to break down complex problems into detailed features and development-ready user stories.
• Maintain and prioritize a data-driven backlog through refinements, planning, and retrospectives.
• Interpret technical documentation, system specifications, and architecture diagrams to guide decision-making.
• Lead agile ceremonies using Scrum and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Identify and implement improvements for system performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within agile software engineering teams.
• Strong ability to lead technical discussions and define clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Postman, and SQL.
• Right to work in the UK is required (sponsorship is not offered).
