What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Broker data products.
• Lead large-scale data initiatives and transformation programmes to unlock business value.
• Prioritise and manage product backlogs to maximize outcomes in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with business, data, technology, and change teams to deliver strategic goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Product Owners and other product professionals.
• Drive data-led decision making through measurable objectives, insights, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Product Owner, Senior Product Owner, or similar role.
• Strong insurance industry experience, ideally within Broker or Distribution environments.
• Extensive experience delivering data products, platforms, or data transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, high-value programmes of work.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product delivery best practices.
• Must be based in the UK for flexible working arrangements.
