Salary: $110,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary EHS SME for site operations, providing technical guidance on electrical safety, LOTO, and arc flash.
- Administer the site's Permit-to-Work program for high-risk activities including energized work, confined space, and hot work.
- Collaborate with Ops, construction, and engineering to review procedures (MOPs/SOPs) and identify hazards during critical operations.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify and close out corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate safety training, inductions, and contractor safety qualification and compliance.
- Analyze safety metrics and present findings to site and senior EHS leadership.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of EHS experience specifically within a data center environment (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of OSHA general industry standards (1910) and NFPA 70E.
- Experience implementing electrical safety programs in high-voltage operational environments.
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with EHS management systems such as VelocityEHS, Intelex, or Cority.
- Strong field presence and ability to work independently on the data center floor
Nice to have
- Hyperscale or colocation data center experience.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 standards.
- Safety certifications such as OSHA 30, ASP, or CSP.
- Experience supporting operational and construction turnover.
