Location: Must be based in Suwanee, GA, USA. Requires travel within and outside the US 50% to 75% of the time.

What you will do

• Conduct safety evaluations and testing of equipment in field installation settings.
• Execute field labeling evaluations in accordance with hirify.global CRS US Field Evaluation Body Program requirements.
• Deliver professional field evaluation reports and required documentation within defined time frames.
• Communicate evaluation results and review non-compliance responses with customers.
• Plan and execute travel to minimize time and expenses while meeting project deadlines.
• Perform occasional product testing in the hirify.global Laboratory as required.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electrical/Mechanical field with min 2 years of experience OR technical degree/equivalent with min 5 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), UL, and NFPA Safety Standards.
• Ability to travel within and outside the US 50% to 75% of the time.
• Experience operating test equipment such as Hand Held Multi-Meters, Amp Probes, and Dielectric Testers.
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, and internet tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of European Machinery and Low Voltage Directives (EN 60204).
• Experience with Functional Safety Standards.
• Knowledge of SEMI S2 Safety Standards.
