What you will do

• Ensure HSE systems alignment with ISO 45001 & 14001 and maintain full regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and support the safe implementation of new projects.
• Monitor HSE performance and ensure the effective closure of corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations to promote a strong learning culture within the site.
• Partner with leadership to embed safety into daily decisions and strengthen the overall safety culture.
• Lead and develop the HSE team while representing the site with regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Solid background in HSE management, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Experience in audits, compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
