What you will do

• Source and purchase project materials, equipment, and construction services via purchase orders.
• Prepare documentation for bidding, evaluation, negotiations, and award activities.
• Coordinate with site construction teams and project managers to identify near and long-term procurement needs.
• Manage supplier communications regarding delivery schedules and onsite logistics constraints.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure audit readiness.
• Liaise between field operations, logistics, and financial teams to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• OSHA and other mandatory training required for onsite assignment.
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
• Knowledge of purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.

Nice to have

• Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business, or Construction Management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle.
• Advanced understanding of construction materials and equipment rentals.
