What you will do
- Develop and execute business strategies for Infrastructure and Oil & Gas markets to drive revenue and market share.
- Strengthen relationships with EPC and specialized construction companies across various industrial sectors.
- Coordinate sales activities, prospect for new business, and manage the work of sales representatives.
- Collaborate with management to define sales goals, strategies, and policies based on market data.
- Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales volume, margin, and market share.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
- Experience in sales of electrical materials, specifically targeting infrastructure and oil & gas markets.
- Proven track record of selling to EPC companies in sectors such as transportation, energy, mining, or pulp and paper.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and execute commercial forecasting.
- English: Intermediate to advanced proficiency is desirable.
