What you will do
- Prospect, engage, and qualify customers in assigned territory across LATAM markets.
- Prepare for meetings with cross-functional partners by asking insightful questions and prioritizing quality over volume.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce.com) and Outreach, plus social engagement strategies, to manage leads and document interactions.
- Market products and services via phone and digital outreach; respond to inquiries from national and local marketing efforts.
- Show progress to leadership and participate in customer demo calls when ready.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar lead-generation role.
- English and Portuguese required; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus for LATAM engagement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Comfort working in metrics-driven, goal-oriented environments.
