What you will do

  • Prospect, engage, and qualify customers in assigned territory across LATAM markets.
  • Prepare for meetings with cross-functional partners by asking insightful questions and prioritizing quality over volume.
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce.com) and Outreach, plus social engagement strategies, to manage leads and document interactions.
  • Market products and services via phone and digital outreach; respond to inquiries from national and local marketing efforts.
  • Show progress to leadership and participate in customer demo calls when ready.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar lead-generation role.
  • English and Portuguese required; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus for LATAM engagement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Comfort working in metrics-driven, goal-oriented environments.
