What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives through the entire B2B sales cycle.
- Conduct live coaching sessions and review recorded calls to improve discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Develop and document scalable sales processes, playbooks, and coaching guides.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude Projects and Claude Cowork to optimize sales execution and pipeline analysis.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast opportunities, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Partner with leadership to align sales strategy and share market insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing full-cycle B2B sales teams, specifically Outside Sales Representatives.
- Strong background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) or IT Services.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales coaching, pipeline analysis, and process optimization.
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Availability to work during U.S. Eastern business hours.
- Must be located in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Chile.
Nice to have
- Experience selling or managing teams in cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or professional services.
- Experience building high-performing remote sales teams.
- Familiarity with modern CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
