Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Chile with real-time overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours.

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives through the entire B2B sales cycle.
  • Conduct live coaching sessions and review recorded calls to improve discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Develop and document scalable sales processes, playbooks, and coaching guides.
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude Projects and Claude Cowork to optimize sales execution and pipeline analysis.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast opportunities, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
  • Partner with leadership to align sales strategy and share market insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle B2B sales teams, specifically Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Strong background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) or IT Services.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for sales coaching, pipeline analysis, and process optimization.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern business hours.
  • Must be located in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Chile.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling or managing teams in cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or professional services.
  • Experience building high-performing remote sales teams.
  • Familiarity with modern CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
