What you will do
- Collaborate with field sales teams to identify growth goals and position RUCKUS solutions for end-users.
- Engage with Channel Distributors, Installation Partners, Consultants, and Integrators via phone and field visits.
- Qualify leads from digital and print sources and direct them to appropriate internal teams.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM and the RUCKUS Sales Methodology.
- Balance inbound follow-ups with targeted outbound calling campaigns to build rapport and handle objections.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data and ensure timely follow-ups with clear action items.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Based in Brasil.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for face-to-face partner and customer meetings.
- Experience with data-driven, purposeful coaching in sports, arts, or business.
