TL;DR

What you will do

  • Administer HubSpot and Salesforce, including configuration, workflows, automation, and data hygiene.
  • Manage the end-to-end integration between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure a shared source of truth.
  • Lead SEO strategy and oversee website updates via WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for executive reporting.
  • Define and track GTM KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to maintain consistent data governance across systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue operations within B2B technology or professional services.
  • Active HubSpot certification (Marketing Hub or RevOps/Operations Hub preferred).
  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Hands-on experience integrating HubSpot and Salesforce and building reports in BI tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL to validate reporting logic and troubleshoot data issues.
  • English: B2 or above required.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or other platform-specific certifications.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms like Apollo, Salesloft, or Outreach.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification frameworks.
  • Advanced SEO knowledge, including technical audits and link-building strategy.
