What you will do

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across Finance processes, specifically OTC, RTR, and PTP.
• Translate business challenges into structured AI use case frameworks including problem definition, data requirements, success metrics, and ROI.
• Lead the end-to-end coordination of AI pilots and implementations, moving from Proof of Concept (POC) to full deployment.
• Assess processes for AI readiness, focusing on data quality, standardization, and automation potential.
• Track and report progress, KPIs, and realized benefits, such as efficiency gains and cost savings, using Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or project delivery.
• Proven experience working at the intersection of business and IT environments.
• Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Finance processes (OTC, RTR, PTP).

Nice to have

• Experience in GBS, Shared Services, or multinational environments.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
