What you will do

• Lead and manage a global process team based in Munich and Barcelona.
• Orchestrate enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage a Center of Excellence for Process Mining using Celonis.
• Analyze business processes and design optimized workflows in collaboration with IT and Group Services.
• Drive digital transformation by integrating automation and AI technology solutions.
• Establish and track KPIs and dashboards to measure process performance and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Proven expertise in Lean methodologies and process mining with Celonis.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to influence organizational change and foster a process-driven culture.
