What you will do

• Analyze and map "as-is" and "to-be" workflows to identify automation opportunities within product operations.
• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions and Copilot agents to streamline business processes.
• Develop and implement automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and scripting languages.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, and Operations teams to deliver scalable automation initiatives.
• Build prototypes and wireframes to translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Track efficiency gains and performance metrics while supporting change management and tool adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience building Microsoft Copilot agents and familiarity with AI-driven automation.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and scripting languages like Python or R.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data visualization via Power BI.
• Ability to translate operational needs into practical, data-driven solutions.

• Prior experience in automating customer care workflows or other high-volume operational processes.
