What you will do

• Provide technical, organizational, and personnel management for the Ground & Launch Operations division.
• Handle business management and commercial tasks with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
• Maintain strategic relationships with high-profile business partners, customers, and suppliers (e.g., ESA, NASA, Airbus, Boeing).
• Oversee the successful implementation of ground facilities and service-related projects.
• Manage quotations, contract negotiations, and service agreements in collaboration with legal and controlling departments.
• Translate complex customer requirements and specifications into concrete plant and construction concepts.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or similar) or Business Studies with broad technical knowledge.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in operations or aerospace.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid knowledge of business administration.
