What you will do

• Lead a team of Software Engineers/Developers in Ecommerce, Mobile, and Internal Web Applications.
• Drive tech delivery and end-to-end solution architecture for Web & Mobile projects (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PIM, DAM, Mobile Apps).
• Drive continuous improvements for systems through application design and backlog delivery.
• Support the Head of DTC Solutions with budget discussions and optimization.
• Oversee code quality, define coding standards, security, test automation, and technical documentation.
• Present solutions and estimates to IT leadership and business process owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture and Development in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Solid knowledge of MACH Architecture (Microservices, API-First, Cloud-Native, Headless).
• Practical experience with an Open Source Stack (Java, Springboot, React, NodeJs, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of mobile development platforms.
• Fluent English is required.
